The role As the Retail Sales Manager, you’ll own, drive and deliver store sales growth through disciplined execution and strong leadership presence. You’ll work in close partnership with the 12V Sales Manager, sharing responsibility for total store revenue while taking direct ownership of your category performance. Operating within the framework set by the Retail Business Manager, this role is about action, pace and results. Planning happens in the office, but success is built on the floor. You’ll be: Owning year-on-year sales growth Driving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets Lifting conversion, average order value, IPS and attachments Leading and coaching a high-performing sales team Spending the majority of your time on the sales floor Leading by example through your own sales and double-closing Identifying opportunities and acting fast to maximise results Adjusting rosters with the Retail Business Manager to match demand Analysing performance and coaching to KPIs Supporting showroom standards, replenishment and VM Driving repeat business through expert product knowledge Owning your categories and pushing them beyond growth targets What we’re looking for Proven experience in a retail sales leadership role Strong commercial instincts and a results-first mindset Confident, energetic leader who lifts team performance Comfortable being hands-on and setting the pace No-excuses attitude with high standards Passion for 4WD, camping, touring or outdoor gear (or ready to learn fast) Why join 4WD Supacentre?
